Protected Accounts and Deal Registration
Clear ownership of each lender avoids channel conflict between the Partner and Kita.
Deal Registration
- The Partner registers each lender with Kita before quoting.
- A registered lender belongs to the Partner for 6 months from registration.
- Registration is by request on the Lenders or Referrals page, or by email to support@kita.ai.
Protected Accounts
The following lenders belong to Kita. The Partner may not pursue them or offer Kita products to them:
- Protected Accounts: Kita's customers and active pipeline, listed in Schedule A of the Reseller Partnership Agreement
- Lenders that approach Kita directly
- Lenders already in discussion with Kita
Where ownership is unclear, the Partner asks Kita before contacting the lender.
