Referring the Kita Platform
The Partner refers lenders it has already sold on the Kita platform. Kita sets the platform up and pays a referral fee on signed contracts.
Products
- AI Underwriter: reads the application file and drafts the credit analysis for the lender's underwriter to review. The lender's staff make every credit decision.
- AI Credit Officer: helps credit staff collect documents, check completeness and prepare files for review.
- LOS: Kita's loan origination system for intake, workflow and approvals.
Suitable Lenders
- Lenders with a manual or spreadsheet-based underwriting process
- Lenders whose credit team is a bottleneck as volume grows
- Lenders replacing or adding a loan origination system
Discovery Questions
- How many applications does the lender review each month, and how many credit staff review them?
- How long does a file take from complete application to decision?
- Where is the credit memorandum written today, and by whom?
- What system tracks applications today?
- Who would sign, and what budget cycle applies?
Submitting a Referral
The Partner submits each referral in the shared partner channel or by email to support@kita.ai, with the lender name, contact, products of interest and context.
Next Steps After a Referral
- Kita responds within one week.
- Kita joins a setup call with the Partner and the lender. The Partner has already sold the lender; the call sets the platform up.
- Kita and the lender sign the contract. Kita confirms the signing to the Partner.
Referral Fee
10% of first-year contract value for each signed lender. Example: a $50,000 first-year contract earns the Partner $5,000.
