Kita Partner Program
Kita works with partners who serve lenders. The program has two parts: reselling Kita Capture under the Partner's own brand, and referring lenders to the Kita platform.
1. Capture Reseller
The Partner offers Kita Capture, white-labeled, inside its own platform through the Kita API. Kita Capture reads lender documents and returns structured data.
- The Partner is billed $0.10 per page.
- $0.08 per page above 50,000 pages per month, pooled across all of the Partner's lenders.
- No minimum and no setup fee.
- The Partner sets its own pricing for lenders.
2. Platform Referral
The Partner refers lenders to the Kita platform: AI Underwriter, AI Credit Officer and the Kita loan origination system (LOS).
- Referral fee of 10% of first-year contract value for each signed lender.
- Kita responds to each referral within one week and joins the setup call.
- The Partner has already sold the lender. Kita's call is to set the platform up.
Program Rules
The Partner registers each lender before quoting. Kita's existing customers and active pipeline are Protected Accounts. See Protected Accounts and Deal Registration.
Working With Kita
The Partner does not need a Kita account. Kita sets up each lender, issues its API key, and invoices the Partner once a month for the pages its lenders processed, with usage shown by lender. Requests and questions go to the shared partner channel or support@kita.ai, and Kita and the Partner review progress together each month.
